Sankranthi 2026: If Prabhas Comes, Who Else?

It is already known that Tollywood is prowling for a jam packed 2026 Sankranti season. We have multiple new films that are lined up for release during the coming Sankranti festival season and there is going to be a lot of competition for theatres during the same.

However, there is this one discussion that is happening in Tollywood, and this has something to do with the kind of lineup that could be affected if Prabhas arrives at the box office.

Prabha is currently working on Raja Saab, which is being directed by Maruti, and this happens to be one of the crucial films in his recent career. The special thing about this film is that it is being promoted as a proper commercial horror film, which is something that Prabhas had not explored in recent years.

Considering the fact that Prabhas is coming up with something, extremely new for himself with this Raja Saab, this film has gained prominence. There is a lot of anticipation that is going into this horror film.

The point that must be noted, here is that if at all Prabhas arrives at the box office during the Sankranti season next year, then there would be a serious change of lineup.

The likes of Chiranjeevi, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and several others have already locked this slot with their upcoming projects with Anil Ravipudi and Boyapati Sreenu respectively.

If at all, Prabhas also arrives at the box office during the Sankranti season, then we can expect other films to hesitantly make way for this film. There is no way that any other film is clashing with this Prabhas starrer.
