No Telugu Film Is Joining Prabhas There!

In a rare turn for the Sankranthi 2026 box-office season, Superstar Prabhas’ Raja Saab is standing completely solo in the Hindi market. Though the film is expected to meet some fierce competition, it looks like there is none joining him right now. Here goes the deets.

None of the other major Telugu releases being dubbed or promoted for a Bollywood release this time is kind of a shocker. Looking at the way Akhanda 2 didn’t fare, it looks like many Telugu films have now started to focus more on the local market.

The likes of Chiranjeevi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Raviteja’s Bharta Mahaseyulaku Wignyapthi, Sharwa’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Naveen’s Anaganaga Oka Raju are purely being released as Telugu films in only the Telugu states.

While the Telugu version will be released in the South and in some parts of the North, surely a lack of Hindi version gives an uncanny advantage to the Hindi version of The Raja Saab.

Also, with Bollywood star-cast like Sanjay Dutt, Zarina Wahab, and Boman Irani taking centre stage in The Raja Saab, then backed by Mumbai beauties like Nidhie Aggerwal, Malavika Mohanan, and Riddhi Kumar who have done ample films there, surely Prabhas’ starrer has a major advantage on Jan 9th.
