The Raja Saab USA Bookings Open One and Half Month Early

Superstar Prabhas fans have been counting the days like it’s a festival. After Kalki 2898 AD, he pretty much disappeared from theatres for almost two years, so the fact that The Raja Saab is finally nearing release has people already buzzing. Sankranti releases are noisy by default, but this one feels extra loud because, well, it’s Prabhas, and he’s coming back in a completely different zone.

In the middle of all this hype, USA bookings opened way ahead of schedule. They were supposed to start on December 4, but a few Cinemark theatres just went ahead and opened them early. No announcement, nothing. Fans spotted it, screenshotted it, and within minutes social media turned into a mini stampede. The runtime showing up as 195 minutes (yep, 3 hours 15 minutes) is floating around too, though it still looks like a placeholder until the team confirms it.

The film itself is still in post-production, but honestly, the buzz makes it feel like it’s halfway released already. Maruthi is steering this one, a romantic horror comedy, a mix nobody expected Prabhas to pick, which probably adds to the curiosity more than anything else. The Raja Saab hits theatres on January 9, 2026.
