U.S. BO: Raja Saab Goes For High Prices!

In a little over a month from now, Prabhas will be returning to the big screens with his next film, Raja Saab. Ahead of the release of this film, the promotional campaign has started and the makers have even opened the advance bookings in the United States.

The US ticket prices for The Raja Saab are drawing attention because they are relatively high when compared to usual Telugu film premieres.

The top category is the XD D Box format priced at 38 dollars. This is a premium experience with motion seats but the number itself feels steep for many moviegoers. The special premium formats come next at 35 dollars. Although slightly lower, it is still a high price for a single ticket.

The standard D Box tickets are listed at 33 dollars, which again is above the typical range for Indian movie premieres in the United States. The XD and other premium large format options are priced at 30 dollars.

Even this category is considered expensive by regular standards. The most basic option, the standard ticket, costs 25 dollars, which clearly shows that every category is priced on the higher side.

Fans of Prabhas are known for giving strong openings and they may still support these prices. But at the same time many casual viewers may think twice before booking due to these numbers.

Families especially may find it costly since even three or four tickets can easily cross 100 dollars. Still the hype around The Raja Saab remains strong and bookings are expected to grow despite the high pricing.
