Salaar recently made its debut on Netflix, marking its OTT premiere, excluding the Hindi version. This digital release occurred while the movie continued its successful run in selected theaters, having already surpassed the impressive 600 crore mark at the global box office.

Starring Prabhas, Salaar initially faced criticism for its minimal dialogues for the main character. With the film now on Netflix, fans took note of Prabhas' dialogue duration. A fan-made video revealed that Prabhas had approximately 4 minutes of dialogue time with gaps and 2:35 minutes without gaps.

Despite the limited dialogue, Prabhas' words in the film carried significance and complemented the overall mood. Some speculated that this choice was strategic and aligned with the storyline.

Regardless of the dialogue discussions, Salaar enjoyed a successful opening day in theaters worldwide, bringing joy to the filmmakers.

Although the team initially planned to take time before starting the second part, they eventually decided to commence production as soon as possible.

Directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Hombale Films, Salaar continues to captivate audiences both in theaters and now on the digital platform Netflix.
