Surya, who happens to be a Christian himself was addressing a big Christian gathering, and this was when he publicly revealed that Prakash Raj’s real name is Prakash Antony Raj. He further revealed that Prakash Raj changed his name and identity in the film industry to get chance.

“His real name is Prakash Antony Raj, and he changed it to Prakash Raj, fearing that he would not get any characters if he is a Christian in the film industry. But I am not like that, I am proud to be a Christian and have sustained in the film industry.” Surya said.
