Preity Zinta Reacts Strongly to Morphed Photos with Vaibhav Suryavanshi:

Actress and Punjab Kings co-owner Preity Zinta is upset after morphed images of her with young Rajasthan Royals cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi went viral on social media. The photos claimed she hugged the 14-year-old player, but Preity quickly clarified that the images are fake.

On Monday, a video was shared by Rajasthan Royals showing Preity meeting Vaibhav at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. In the original video, Preity is seen talking to Rajasthan Royals’ opener Yashasvi Jaiswal and then asking to meet Vaibhav. She then has a short conversation with Vaibhav and shakes hands with him. However, there is no hug in the video.

Soon after, fake images of Preity hugging Vaibhav started circulating. Reacting to one such news story, she reposted it on social media and wrote, “This is a morphed image and fake news. Am so surprised now news channels are also using morphed images and featuring them as news items.” In another post, she called it “Fake news with morphed image.”

The fake photos sparked a lot of talk online, but Preity made it clear that none of them are real. She was only being polite and professional during her brief meeting with the young cricketer.

Meanwhile, Preity is preparing for her comeback in films after seven years. She was last seen in Bhaiaji Superhit in 2018. Her next film is Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan. It stars Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi and Ali Fazal.
