Prithviraj Turns Into Deadly Varadharaja Mannaar In 'Salaar'!

Malayalam star hero Prithiviraj Sukumaran is a highly talented performer who is winning hearts with his movies over the past two decades. Apart from being the big hero, he is ready to play key roles in other major projects as well. He is a superb director too and made films like 'Lucifer' and 'Bro Daddy'. As we are aware, he is playing a key role in Prabhas' upcoming action drama 'Salaar'.

On multiple occasions, Prithviraj spoke highly about the movie and Prabhas. He often claimed that 'Salaar' is set to break records. On the occasion of his birthday, the team released a special poster that showcases him in a menacing avatar. Villains in Prasanth Neel's movies are always brutal, cold-blooded and shows no mercy. There is no 'grey' element in Neel's villains as they are completely dark inside.

Prithviraj is also going to be seen in the same manner. His look was released long back but the makers revealed his character name in 'Salaar'. He essays the role of Varadharaja Mannaar in the film with a big nose ring and black tilak on his forehead, he is sure to send chills down your spine. Neel's signature use of black color is evident in this poster too and it definitely increases the buzz on the movie.

Jagapathi Babu is playing an important role in the movie. Shruti Hassan is the female lead while Ravi Basrur is giving the music. Vijay Kirangadur is producing the movie under the Hombale Films banner and Prasanth Neel is the writer and director. Anbariv has choreographed the fights while big names like Bhuvan Gowda, Chalapathi, Ujwal Kulkarni, Ramarao and others have worked on this movie which is all set to hit the screens on 22nd December.
