Priyanka has reportedly sold for luxury apartments that she owns in Mumbai:

The first apartment has a built-up area of 1,075 sq ft and was bought for ₹3.45 crore. The buyer paid ₹17.26 lakh as stamp duty. It includes one car parking space.

The second apartment has a built-up area of 885 sq ft and was bought for ₹2.85 crore. The buyer paid ₹14.25 lakh as stamp duty. It also includes one car parking space.

The third apartment is on the 19th floor, with a built-up area of 1,100 sq ft. It was sold for ₹3.52 crore, and the buyer paid ₹21.12 lakh as stamp duty.

The fourth apartment is a combined (jodi) flat on both the 18th and 19th floors, with a built-up area of 1,985 sq ft. It was sold for ₹6.35 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹31.75 lakh.

The actress is currently busy with her upcoming film, which is with Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli, and this happens to be the biggest project in her career till now. She is primarily stationing herself around Hyderabad while working on this project.
