Despite getting criticised by film critics and audience for her poor acting skills, somehow Tamil beauty Priyanka Arul Mohan, fondly called as PAM by her fans, enjoys unique support in the film industry as she bags back-to-back films. After featuring in a film like #OG opposite Pawan Kalyan, now PAM has come up with the Netflix movie “Made In Korea”, directed by Ra Karthik, who is actually carving Telugu superstar Nagarjuna’s 100th film now.

Apparently, the film got praised by a section of the audience for showcasing how a young girl dreams of going to South Korea and living there. She saves lots of money and goes there, but actually gets a cultural shock over there. The film actually reflected the mindset of many Gen Z audiences, who are consuming a lot of K-Dramas and K-Pop songs, and thinking about going to South Korean cities like Seoul to study and work. That way, it connected with a section of the audience very much.

However, some audience members felt that there are a lot of flaws in the movie and the screenplay is quite dragged, while Priyanka Arul Mohan’s acting is also not improved. They felt that the narrative was rushed and lacked emotional depth for the viewers. They stated that this film and Priyanka’s performance cannot be compared with the likes of Kangana Ranaut’s Queen, as many of her fans are doing, as this movie is almost like a Bollywood film.

On the whole, some liked it, and some didn’t, and Made In Korea gets a mixed bag response with a decent watch for the weekend scheduled by many Netflix lovers.
