Producer Kedar Passed Away: What’s Story With BRS MLA?

It is known that young Tollywood producer Kedar Selagamsetty passed away in Dubai on Tuesday. Reports suggest that he was in Dubai for a wedding and passed away in his sleep. While sources from the film and political circles confirm the news of Kedar’s death, there has been no official announcement yet. However, another angle to this incident has now come to light.

Kedar was the producer of the movie Gam Gam Ganesha, starring Anand Deverakonda, the brother of Vijay Deverakonda. Kedar was previously arrested in a drugs party case, which happened last year in connection with the Radisson Hotel drugs incident. Apart from being involved in real estate businesses in Dubai, he was known to have close ties with several top Tollywood actors.

Reports suggest that Kedar had strong connections with several reputed real estate families in Hyderabad, along with influential figures from the political and film industries. It has now come to light that a former MLA from the BRS party was also present in the same apartment where Kedar passed away. However, no official confirmation has been made regarding this matter.

Dubai police have reportedly registered this as a suspicious death and are currently interrogating the former MLA. Authorities are investigating various aspects, such as whether Kedar had any health issues and why both individuals were staying in the same apartment. Additionally, details about the apartment owner and how long both had been living there are being looked into. It is reported that the former MLA has been residing in Dubai for the past four months, conducting business there.

Kedar and the former MLA were reportedly staying in the luxurious Jumeirah area of Dubai. It is said that Kedar was involved in real estate business in Dubai with several prominent figures from the film and political industries. Sources claim that he frequently used a private jet for travel. Before becoming a producer, Kedar was a partner in a pub in Hyderabad.

Kedar’s name came up in the drugs case on February 26 last year, and exactly a year later, on February 25, he passed away in Dubai. This coincidence has raised suspicions.
