Pujita Ponnada Warns Fans in Telegram Scam

Pujita Ponnada has called out a Telegram scam that’s been using her name to trick people. The actress shared screenshots of direct messages being sent around, where scammers promise money just for following a few Instagram accounts. She made it clear: she’s not on Telegram and never asked anyone to do this.

The scam message tells users to follow three Instagram bloggers and send a screenshot to get a bonus of Rs 180. Pujita responded strongly, posting, “I’ve been getting a lot of DMs saying there are messages floating around Telegram asking people to follow me for money. Stop falling for scams like this! I am not on Telegram. Please stop chasing free money and getting fooled.”

Some fans even shared the weird messages they got. One screenshot shows a confused fan saying, “Hlw mam. She said me follow some account and I’ll get some amount of money.” It’s clear scammers are pretending to be close to celebrities to trick people into trusting them.

Pujita’s warning is a much-needed reminder. She ended her post with, “This has to stop!” and asked people to stay alert. If a deal sounds too easy or too good, there’s probably a catch.
