Frustrated Puri Jagannadh Going To Vijay?

There was once a time when iconic film maker Puri Jagannadh, one of the most reputed and loved film director in Telugu Cinema. The kind of output that he was generating with his films, was simply extraordinary as he used to make quick films, but equally efficient ones.

But due to the disastrous strike of Puri, in recent times, no mainstream star is willing to work with him on an immediate basis. So this appears to have agitated the once celebrated Director, and he is said to have a big decision now.

According to the latest updates, Director Puri is contemplating the idea of approaching veteran actor Vijay Sethupathi with a story idea and consider the possibility of materialising this film in the near future.

Needless to say Vijay Sethupathi is the kind of hero who pays very little attention for the day credibility of the Director, but fully trusts in the right script. If Puri Jagannadh can make it happen and come up with a super script that would immensely impress Vijay Sethupathi, then this project could very well happen.

It would be a huge crossover to see Puri Jagannadh direct Vijay Sethupathi in a proper commercial film as this would explore new tropes. It has to be seen if Puri would actually stay dedicated to this project and convince Vijay Sethupathi to come on board for the film.

It must also be noted that Vijay Sethupathi is one of the busiest actors in South Indian cinema, and it would take a lot of credibility in the story to convince him to make this film. This responsibility is almost entirely on Puri Jagannadh, and it has to be seen how he would manage the same.
