The moment a title comes out, surely there will be huge buzz around it, as to why they named it that way. Maintaining a big secret for months, finally, Allu Arjun and his director Atlee have today revealed on the eve of the former’s birthday that their outing, #AA22, is titled “Raaka”. Now that the film’s title is out, many interpretations of the title are coming out.

Some say that Raaka is nothing but the short name or the Sanskrit form of Rakshas or Rakshasudu. However, actually “Raaka” refers to a full-moon day in Sanskrit, and one could interpret that the film’s human-monster character, played by Allu Arjun, will turn into that character on a full-moon day, and the whole movie revolves around the moonlight like the “Twilight” horror franchise. That said, some intelligent folks are decoding something new for the title.

Some are saying, R for Ramalingaiah (Allu Arjun’s grandpa), AA for Allu Arjun, K for Kalanidhi Maran, and A for Atlee, expanding the title. Some say that this is a stupid analogy being circulated, while the title has nothing to do with this for real. Of course, this is a superstitious decoding of the title by all the movie buffs, though the makers will be giving more clues about it through the trailer or teaser of the movie.

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s Raaka poster is currently creating a thunderous response, though some comparisons are being made for the role to that of the one Akshay Kumar played in Robo 2.0, and that of the characters like Wolverine from Hollywood.
