Radhika and Anant Ambani Celebrate Their Pre-Wedding with Lavish Events

Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s wedding, scheduled for July, has already sparked a series of elaborate celebrations. The festivities began in March with a grand hastakshar ceremony at the Ambanis' residence in Jamnagar, Gujarat. By May, the couple hosted a lavish four-day Mediterranean cruise to continue the celebrations.
The pre-wedding shoot photos captured by renowned photographers Epic Stories, German Lakin, Joseph Radhik and Signe Vilustrup, were shared by Vogue magazine and received widespread admiration.

The cruise commenced in Palermo, Sicily, with a welcome lunch. The first night featured a formal party with a starry-night theme. Radhika wore a stunning gown by Robert Wun, adorned with a love letter Anant wrote to her when she was 22.
The second day included a trip to Rome, followed by a toga party on the ship. Reflecting their college days at NYU and Brown, the party décor featured university banners, and David Guetta provided entertainment with a DJ set. Radhika wore a custom-designed toga by Grace Ling, a fellow Parsons School of Design alumna. The toga included a unique aerospace aluminum breastplate that mimicked drapery, showcasing Ling’s innovative design skills.
On the third day, the cruise docked in Cannes for a masquerade ball at Château de la Croix des Gardes. This event was meticulously planned by event producer The Isle of You. For the final night in Portofino, the Ambanis transformed the main square into an open-air market with food stalls. Radhika wore an archival Yves Saint Laurent for Dior dress, sourced by stylist Mimi Cuttrell, adding a touch of fashion history to the occasion.
