It looks like former hero Rahul Ravindran has given up acting, if we look at the way he is seriously directing films. After making a mark with Chi La Sow, he has come up with the movie “The Girlfriend,” which features Rashmika Mandanna in the lead. Regardless of the box office performance, the movie has done extremely well in terms of getting rave reviews for both Rahul Ravindran and Rashmika. So, what's up with this director's next?

Buzz has it that Rahul Ravindran has crafted two stories, and he wants to make one of the films with Adivi Sesh. While the hero has been strongly impressed by Rahul's story, he has another commitment to fulfil after the release of Dacoit and Goodachari 2; he will take up the project later. For this reason, Rahul Ravindran is now going to direct The Girlfriend movie fame hero Deekshith Shetty once again in a film, which will most likely be bankrolled by Dheeraj Mogilineni.

For the kind of sensible content, Rahul Ravindran carves. Surely the OTT platforms are also running behind him for the rights of his next film, say reports. We have to see what sort of film this actor-director will be coming up with for his next venture.
