'Shyam Singha Roy' Director To Join Hands With NTR!

After gaining international recognition with 'RRR', Young Tiger NTR is working on 'Devara' which is being made on a grand scale by Koratala Siva. Apart from that, he okayed a movie with Prasanth Neel which might start next year. NTR was approached by many directors and rejected many including Buchi Babu Sana.

Sources claim that he okayed the script of young director Rahul Sankrityan. He made critically acclaimed movies like 'Taxiwaala' and 'Shyam Singha Roy'. Reports suggest that Mythri Movie Makers are expected to bankroll this movie and it is a step away from getting materialised. Apparently, it is a period drama that is going to be mounted on a grand scale. The budget is going to be massive and we need to see if the movie actually materialises or not.

Coming to 'Devara', Janhvi Kapoor is the heroine in this movie and her look was released long back. Saif Ali Khan is playing the role of Bhaira in the movie. Shine Tom Chacko who is getting busy in Tollywood lately is playing a key part as well. Kalyan Ram is presenting this movie under 'NTR Arts' while Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Kosaraju Harikrishna are the producers. Ratnavelu ISC is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer. Sreekar Prasad is the editor while young musical sensation Anirudh Ravichander will be giving the music. The movie will be released on 5th April 2024.
