Rs 5 Cr for remix: Prabhas and Thaman say "No"

It is an established fact that Prabhas is currently working with Maruti for his upcoming project, Raja Saab, which is being promoted as a proper horror comedy with a fantasy element. While the film is in the production stage, we are hearing multiple reports about the technical aspects.

In this context, there were reports about the makers, contemplating the idea of remixing a popular Hindi song for the film and using it in a crucial juncture. It was extensively said that Prabhas, Maruti and Thaman contemplated the area for a long time.

However, the latest developments are suggesting that the makers were shocked to know that the original music rights holder of this song wanted ₹5 crore for the rights. This pricing suggestion literally shocked the makers, and they decided against it.

Reportedly, the main men associated with this project, including the Hero, music director, and the director have reportedly decided to come up with an original song rather than pay ₹5 crore for the remix rights.

Reportedly Thaman has communicated to the team that he would be composing the original song now, and the related activities are getting underway very soon.
