Prabhas’ Heroines Slapped Them, Says Maverick Director

The ongoing controversy of actor Shivaji's moral policing that heroines should wear sarees at outdoor events to prevent getting mobbed and molested isn’t settling down anytime soon. Though he has tendered a half-baked apology and then appeared before the Women’s Commission to tender another apology, the likes of Ram Gopal Varma are not going to cool down their heels, it looks like.

Other day, the maverick senior director once again took potshots at Shivaji in a very direct manner. Sharing the picture of Prabhas’ three heroines, Nidhie Aggerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar from the pre-release event of Raja Saab, the director said that the three wore what they wanted to, and that’s kind of slap to the villains.

RGV wrote on his X page, “All 3 heroines of #Prabhas‌ Nidhi, Malavika and Riddhi din’t care about moral barkings of Shivaji and his vitriolic batch at #RajaSaab event and wore exactly what they want to wear.😎😂🤣 Hats off to you 3 HEROES for giving tight face slap to those VILLAINS (sic)”.

Undoubtedly, the defenders and admirers of Shivaji are going berserk with Varma’s continuous taunting as he is not settling down without bashing the actor for his ridiculous remarks. Those who have seen the glam-laced pictures of Nidhi, Malavika, and Riddhi are also agreeing to Varma’s comments big time, while Shivaji’s supporters are countering them with more patriarchal and hypocritical comments.
