Fans Upset! Old-Prabhas Inside ‘Raja Saab’ Goes Missing

Much-awaited, biggest film of the year, Superstar Prabhas’ The Raja Saab, is here, and the buzz began with the late-night premieres on Thursday night itself. However, those who have watched the film have been majorly disappointed for one big reason, while the mixed response coming from Friday morning shows is something else.

What stunned everyone in the first teaser of Raja Saab is the old-age getup of Prabhas, as he slipped into that black dress avatar, wearing a brutal look and smoking a cigar. Much to everyone’s shock, the absence of Prabhas’ much-hyped old-man look inside the theatres turned out to be a big disappointment. It led to frustration among fans that whatever was promised in the posters, teasers, and trailers of the movie was not delivered at all inside the movie.

Though TG Vishwa Prasad has earlier stated that the Old-Man look of Prabhas will be withheld during the initial release, but will be added during the Sankranthi times, that didn’t go well with fans. If there is any chance the film would have gotten more buzz, surely that old-man look would have done it. Now that they have chopped it out, keeping it as a secret treat for the Sankranthi festival holiday, fans are super upset.

Meanwhile, mixed reviews are pouring in for Raja Saab, though the movie might continue to rake up good moolah at the Box office until the next line-up of Sankranthi films start hitting the marquee from January 12th.
