Upcoming supernatural thriller, featuring Pan-India Superstar Prabhas, is hitting all the chords right as per the ongoing buzz in trade circles. Directed by Maruthi and produced by the prestigious People Media Factory, the film is slated for a Pongal release. Here comes an insight into how much the film’s theatrical rights have made from the market.

In fact, People Media Factory is aiming to release the movie on non-refundable advance basis, making sure that the film cooks table profits even before the release. Currently, the rights for the Coastal Andhra region are being quoted at around ₹85 crores, of which the North Andhra region alone is going to be valued at around ₹21 crores. In fact, Pushpa 2 fetched almost ₹100 crores through the sale of theatrical rights in Coastal Andhra, and it looks like Raja Saab is being sold for a lesser price comparatively. If Andhra rights cost ₹85 crores, then easily Rayalaseema (Ceded) might fetch more than ₹40 crores, while Nizam will clock in another ₹70 crores easily. A report is doing rounds that leading production houses, which have a distribution arm as well, Mythri Movie Makers and Asian Cinemas, are likely to acquire the rights of Raja Saab together.

Anyway, the tentative sale price for Raja Saab theatrical rights in Telugu states is likely to touch ₹200 crores, and that would be a terrific rate if the massive expectations around the film are taken into consideration. After a long time, Prabhas is doing a proper mass masala entertainer through this horror comedy, whose teaser has already impressed fans and film lovers alike.
