Rajamouli Remarks Trigger Hindu Groups?

Star film maker Rajamouli recently created a controversy after he said his father asked him to believe in loud Hanuman, but this did not help him with the Varanasi event as there were a lot of disturbances in the same.

This statement from Rajamouli has triggered many Hindu groups, and there are multiple Police complaints filed against Director as well. And now it is the turn of former MLA Raja Singh to express his concern on this matter, and here is what he had to say.

Raja Singh expressed strong anger over director SS Rajamouli’s recent comments, accusing him of repeatedly making remarks that hurt Hindu sentiments.

Raja Singh said this is not the first time Rajamouli has spoken lightly about Hindu deities. He recalled the director’s old comments about the consorts of Lord Krishna, as well as a past tweet where Rajamouli described the story of Lord Rama as boring.

Now, with his latest comment related to Lord Hanuman, Raja Singh argued that Rajamouli has once again crossed a sensitive line.

According to Raja Singh, such statements create unnecessary controversy and disrespect age old beliefs. He urged the Hindu community to boycott Rajamouli’s films as a way of registering their protest.

The MLA stated that influential filmmakers should be more responsible with their words and avoid making remarks that may offend religious sentiments or disturb social harmony.
