More Practical: Rajamouli’s Mahabharatha In 3 Parts!

Rajamouli had already revealed his plan to make the Indian adoption of Hindu epic of Mahabharata in multiple parts. This project is going to start at the final end of Rajamouli’s career as he says he needs to gain an adequate experience for the same.

Coming to the topic, now, the chief writer for Rajamouli who happens to be his father Vijayendra Prasad has provided a substantial update on the epic Mahabharata.

The Senior writer revealed that he and Rajamouli are planning this project in three parts and the production activities will be starting in the due course, based on the availability of Rajamouli and his lead actors.

In the meanwhile, it can be noted that Rajamouli had already locked the principal cast and crew of Prabhas, Junior NTR and recently Nani for this mega project. In that case, his potential collaboration with other top star in the country seems more practical if he goes for a three part project.

Earlier it was speculated that Rajamouli would be making it in five parts in order to cover the all key episodes in Mahabharata, but it appears that he has gone with a practical choice of three parts now.

Considering the legacy of Rajamouli and the immense market potential of Mahabharata, no Indian actor would say no to Rajamouli for this mega project. It needs to be seen when this would actually happen.
