Religious Risk, But Rajamouli Taking It For Mahesh!
Apparently, he is doing the same thing for his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu as well.
By: Tupaki Desk | 12 March 2025 5:11 AMUsually, Rajamouli is known for picking film subjects that have a large span and deploy enormous making values. His stories are very enlarged in size and have multiple layers attached to them. Apparently, he is doing the same thing for his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu as well.
Apparently, the core conflict of this Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli film will revolve around the religious conflicts that happened in the holy city of Varanasi, and this will be the main plot of the film.
It is known that Varanasi is one of the oldest cities with civilisation in not just India but across the globe. This city has enormous cultural significance as it has been a principal point of religious attachment for many centuries now. Even to this date, Varanasi holds significant value amongst the Hindu community and is greatly worshipped for its divinity.
It is interesting to see that Rajamouli has picked this historically significant city for the core premise of his upcoming film with Mahesh Babu, despite the fact that creating a conflict out of this city can be detrimental if not executed well.
Considering the experience and expertise of Rajamouli in scripting, such enormous stories, we can expect him to create a solid conflict point using the Varanasi city and generate great traction from the same.
There is this obvious risk factor, but we can expect Rajamouli to navigate this with his expert storytelling and visually brilliant presentation, which are the two main things for a film to succeed.
