Even at the age of 75 he continues to act in lead roles. However his recent comments about his old job as a bus conductor have raised an interesting question. Is Rajinikanth getting tired of movies. Does he still enjoy his film career as much as he did in the past.
At a recent event for Jailer 2 Rajinikanth spoke about his journey in the film industry. He said that he loves acting and enjoys working in movies. He also thanked Tamil audiences for supporting him for so many years.
Meanwhile Rajinikanth made it clear that he still loves cinema. He explained that people should enjoy their work instead of treating it as a burden. He compared work to a game. He said that people do not feel tired when they enjoy playing a game. In the same way people can continue working with interest when they truly love what they do.
Before becoming a superstar Rajinikanth worked as a bus conductor in Bengaluru. Those days still hold a special place in his heart. He revealed that he enjoyed those five years very much. He even said that he loved his bus conductor job more than acting.
Rajinikanth explained that he still feels like a conductor deep inside. He sometimes visits Bengaluru because the memories of his old life make him happy. Seeing a bus or the khaki uniform brings back many emotions. He said that he still cannot fully connect with the fame and superstar status he has received.
Rajinikanth also spoke about his mentor K Balachander. He said that actors must think about their characters even when they are not on the sets. An actor should understand the character deeply before performing it on screen.
With all these words, it looks like Rajinkanth's love for his past and his simple life before fame. Cinema has given him name and success. But his bus conductor days continue to give him special happiness. This once again proved more than status it's simple things that make people more happy.
