Rakul Preet Singh Opens Up About Being Replaced in Prabhas' Film After 4 Days Shoot

Rakul Preet Singh recently shared an emotional story from her early days in the Telugu film industry. During an interview with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia, she opened up about an experience where she was replaced in a film featuring Prabhas after just four days of shooting. This incident happened before her official Telugu debut in Venkatadri Express. Rakul explained how her innocence and positive attitude helped her deal with this difficult situation.

At that time, Rakul was new to the industry and didn't let the replacement affect her deeply. She mentioned that her naive outlook allowed her to accept the situation without much disappointment. Recalling the incident, Rakul said, "I thought, 'Oh, they replaced me? No problem, maybe it wasn’t meant for me, I’ll find something else.'" She explained that the producers wanted a more experienced actor for the role. Despite this setback, Rakul didn’t give up. Instead, she focused on moving forward and eventually made her debut with a smaller film, which turned out to be a major success.

In a separate interaction during a Q&A session on Instagram, Rakul expressed her eagerness to return to the Telugu film industry. She shared that she missed working in Telugu films and was reviewing several scripts, hoping to be part of a new project soon.

On the professional front, Rakul has an impressive lineup of upcoming films, including Indian 3, De De Pyaar De 2, and Meri Patni Ka Remake. Prabhas, on the other hand, is working on multiple high-profile projects such as The Raja Saab, Spirit, Kannapa, and Fauji.
