Opinion: Charan In Need Of Two Things

Mega hero Ram Charan wants to come up with roles that will be remembered forever, but in that process, the roles are working out, but the films are not working. Whether it is Game Changer or Peddi, his performance as an actor got applauded, hailed and showered with petals, but the performance of those films at the box office became a talking point. That boils down to the point of what Charan needs in the coming days.

Especially when it comes to the box office, Charan needs to pick up some box-office-winning movies like Jailer 2 or others, which don’t rely much on the story but on masala tropes that would excite the masses. Ram Charan’s films are badly missing such elements at one point of time, and the whole narrative is going for a toss. So, what’s the second thing he needs?

Other than teaming up with directors who big stars are usually not going to at the moment, Charan needs to pick up some commercial directors who could stabilise his boat. Currently he’s doing a movie with Sukumar, and then he needs to chalk out a plan to get directors like Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Prashanth Neel and other happening star directors into his arms. That’s when his films will start making huge money, and also his stardom will get the right treatment.

Currently, #RC17 is the only film he has signed, and fans are looking forward to seeing which other director he will pick up.
