The makers of Peddi recently organized a grand Mega Blockbuster Event to celebrate the huge success of the film. Starring Mega Power Star Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the movie has become one of the biggest hits of 2026. Released on June 4, the film received excellent reviews from audiences and critics and went on to collect record-breaking numbers at the box office.

The event was attended by Megastar Chiranjeevi as the chief guest. Director Sukumar, director Anil Ravipudi, producer Venkata Satish Kilaru, director Buchi Babu Sana, cinematographer Rathnavelu, lyricists Anantha Sriram and Balaji, actor Ishaan Saxena, and several members of the film's cast and crew were also present. During the event, Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan honored exhibitors, distributors, and team members with special shields for their contribution to the film's success.

Speaking at the event, Chiranjeevi praised Ram Charan's performance and said that while watching the film, he could not see Ram Charan on screen and could only see the character Peddi. He expressed pride in his son and thanked the audience for making the film a massive success.

Ram Charan also delivered an emotional speech and thanked the audience for their love and support. He said, "Some successes make us happy, while some bring us deep satisfaction. But the success of Peddi has completely changed my life. I have never experienced a feeling like this before. The audience has given me such a wonderful experience and a memory that I will cherish in my heart forever. So, my first thanks go to all of you. When I watch reels on social media, I feel that many new audiences have come to theatres for this film. It makes me very happy to see little children dancing to the 'Massa Massa' song. This film showed me how much trust parents have when they bring their children to theatres. That is the greatest recognition for Buchi Babu's effort.”

“Not only children, but even elderly people wearing lungis and dancing with excitement gave me a unique feeling. I don't know if I will ever experience something like this again.

The love you have shown to this film is so immense that I feel people may forget Ram Charan and remember only Peddi. I experienced this at home itself. Until the release of Peddi, my daughter Klin Kaara used to call me 'Nanna'. After the film's release, she started calling me 'Peddi.' Now everyone remembers only Peddi. Thank you so much, Buchi Babu, for giving me such a beautiful memory,” he added.

Ram Charan also shared , “Sukumar garu is one of my favorite people. Whenever I face a difficult moment in life, after my father, he is the first person I call. He has guided many students as a lecturer, and I always ask him to guide me like one of his students. A.R. Rahman garu breathed life into this film with his music. I would also like to thank every member of the direction department and every technician who worked on this project.”

“A dialogue from Tagore comes to my mind: 'Telugu audiences do not easily like someone. But once they do, they continue loving them for a lifetime.' You have shown that same love to Peddi. You carried this film on your shoulders and made it a grand success. My salute to every audience member who recognized the goodness in this film and supported it. I would also like to thank the Telangana Government, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy garu, Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka garu, Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy garu, the Andhra Pradesh Government, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu garu, my uncle Pawan Kalyan garu, and Minister Kandula Durgesh garu for their support,” he added..
