2026: Ram Charan’s Film To Stay Atop??

In two days, even September comes to an end; there are only 3 good months for Tollywood to release their biggies in 2026. If we look at the list of upcoming films, it can be noticed that there are no big noticeable movies until Sankranthi 2027. Here’s an interesting comment on Peddi at this juncture.

Ram Charan’s last outing, Peddi, is likely to become the highest-grossing Telugu film of 2026, with the likes of Mana Shankara Varaprasad, Irumudi and The Raja Saab standing next, and The Paradise will most likely settle at 5th place. With other biggies already going out of the race, including Fauzi and Vishwambhara, there is no chance that this Top 5 might get easily broken.

However, films like Ranabaali and Vrushakarma have the potential, but they might not breach the No. 1 position of Charan’s Peddi, going by the current hype around them. When a film with huge hype like The Paradise is struggling around ₹150 crores box office collection, it can be understood what sort of success a film should be to collect more than ₹390+ crores like a Peddi.

So the 2026 top grosser crown is more likely to go towards Ram Charan’s Peddi only, but then, there will be miracles sometimes, and let’s wait till December 31st to find out.
