Huge excitement is building around Peddi starring Ram Charan. According to the latest Dubai censor buzz, the film becomes completely intense from the pre-interval sequence itself. Many people who reportedly watched early cuts are saying the movie reaches another level emotionally in the second half.

The biggest talking point right now is Ram Charan’s performance. Industry talk says he has delivered one of the best performances of his career. Fans are expecting powerful emotional scenes that may even bring tears to audiences in theatres. Reports state that the climax and final 45 minutes are said to be the major highlights of the film.

Director Buchi Babu Sana is also receiving strong appreciation even before release. Many believe Peddi could push him into the top league of Telugu directors if the movie clicks with audiences. The emotional storytelling, mass moments and performances are said to be the backbone of the film.

The film already has massive expectations because of Ram Charan’s craze after RRR. Trade experts feel the movie becoming a hit is almost certain if the emotional content connects with family audiences and fans. However, the biggest challenge is not just becoming a hit. The film reportedly needs extremely huge collections to help buyers recover investments comfortably.

There is also strong discussion that Peddi may need collections bigger than Pushpa 2: The Rule in some regions to achieve complete break-even. Andhra Pradesh is said to be the key area where the film must perform exceptionally well.

Also, a major issue surrounding Peddi was recently solved after Chiranjeevi personally stepped in and held discussions with Telangana exhibitors. After Chiranjeevi’s assurance, exhibitors agreed to allow Peddi to release smoothly under the existing rental system. He reportedly promised that a final solution would be found before June 30. From July 3 onward, Telangana theatres are expected to fully move toward the percentage-sharing model.

Now, with the issue settled, Peddi is moving ahead strongly toward its grand theatrical release. Along with Ram Charan, the film also stars Janhvi Kapoor and features music by A. R. Rahman.
