Peddi's Delhi portions challenged me emotionally - Ram Charan
Ram Charan revealed that he could not find motivation to shoot and work during Covid and SS Rajamouli inspired him to find motivation in simple, daily routine that we normally neglect.

Already, the recently released trailer has set a record for most viewed ever trailer for Telugu Cinema, in 24 hours. Now, director Buchi Babu Sana and Ram Charan interacted with each other in a fun conversation, “Driving Through Peddi Memories”.
Ram Charan revealed that he could not find motivation to shoot and work during Covid and SS Rajamouli inspired him to find motivation in simple, daily routine that we normally neglect. He stated those words helped him to concentrate on what is in our hands and not worry about future. He remarked that Peddi character has similar outlook towards life and never say never die attitude helped him fall in love with Peddi.
He further remarked that during the Delhi portions shoot, he got emotionally drained but the character's motivation made him work harder. Charan also suggested that he always found motivation within the character to play him convincingly on big screen. He further remarked that the drive to transform his body between lean cricketer look to bulk wrestler look to athlete look has come from the character and story.
Buchi Babu Sana thanked Ram Charan for making his dream come true to see his Peddi on screen. He revealed that while editing Delhi portions, he used to remember how he was moved and loved the performance and he could not remove even one shot. He confidently claimed that Peddi is an inspiring story and it should be in textbooks for youngsters to learn how to overcome hardships. He wished for audiences to love Peddi as much as they do from 4th June in theatres. Venkata Satish Kilaru is producing the film on a massive scale with Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Divyenndu and Jagapathi Babu in other prominent roles.
