Like a storm that never really settles, Ram Gopal Varma always finds his way back into the buzz. After his fiery speech at the Siva rerelease event, where he said Akkineni Nagarjuna gave him his true birth as a filmmaker, RGV is back again, this time turning heads with his brand-new look from an upcoming movie.

He dropped a few pictures on social media, looking rough, rugged, and confident. In his post, RGV gave full credit to stylist Mahi Derangula, saying she not only designed the outfit but even showed him how to pose. Here’s my new look for a film role conceived, executed, and even the poses were shown to me by the highly talented Mahi Derangula, he wrote, adding cheekily, I have no idea how you made a beast like me look so good. You’re fire meeting water, and you’re the fire.

The post spread fast, and fans couldn’t stop talking about his transformation. That leather jacket, the slightly tired eyes, and his usual intense vibe gave the pictures a very raw feel. No one really knows much about the new film yet, but going by this glimpse, RGV seems to be in one of those moods again, unpredictable, bold, and completely himself.
