Photo Story: RGV Apologises To Siva Girl!

It is already known that Ram Gopal Varma created an iconic film in the form of Siva, which is now preparing for its theatrical re release. Ahead of the release of the film and elaborate promotional campaign is underway.

In this context, something very interesting has happened now as RGV has revealed a photo and the story behind the same.

Incidentally, Verma shared a picture of the girl named Sushma, who was seen in this iconic cycle fight sequence and Siva. In this risky fight sequence, the girl was made to sit in front of the cycle while a heavy risky cycle sequence was shot.

Reacting on this matter now, Varma has shared an elaborate message on social media, and here is what he had to say.

“This is the grown up girl Sushma from the iconic cycle chase scene in SHIVA where she is sitting scared on the bar with Nagarjuna cycling in tension Sushma is doing research in AI and Cognitive Science in the USA.” Varma stated.

Adding further on this topic, Varma shared that “Hey @symbolicsushi please accept my sincere apologies after 36 years for subjecting you to such a traumatic experience which I dint realise at that time.

The directorial greed in me took over in being blinded to subjecting a little girl like you to such risky shots ..I apologise once again.”

Sushma reacted on the same as she said “Being part of Shiva is a cherished memory. That cycle chase adventure influenced me and prepared me for later intellectual endeavors and adventures. I felt safe and excited to be part of something magical. Shiva remains a souvenir.”
