After 100 Cr Hit, Director Went To Ram Pothineni?

It is known that Hero Ram Pothineni is currently occupied with his upcoming film, which is being directed by P Mahesh Babu. This film is tentatively titled RAPO 22 and it is in the shooting stage now.

While the latest development are suggesting that a talented Director Chandoo Mondeti has approached Ram Pothineni for a potential collaboration. This could be his immediate next film after Thandel.

Earlier, Chandoo had planned to make a film with Tamil Star Suriya after completing Thandel. However, the Tamil Hero is fully occupied with his current commitments now, and he cannot afford to make time for this director at this point in time.

So the young director and naturally went for other alternatives, and he is now said to have stumbled up on Ram Pothineni for a potential collaboration. Apparently, even Ram is excited about this prospect, and he has asked the director to come up with an interesting subject.

This film is likely to be materialised if Ram actually likes the story and idea that is presented in front of him by Chandoo. This might be an along process, considering the fact that Ram has already been approached by Director Harish Shankar. But if Chandoo can fully impress Ram with his script, then this project might move forward at a quicker pace than expected.

For now, Ram is committed to doing RAPO 22 which is in the shooting stage now. He is confident about this film and which has to set up his upcoming films only based on the result of this supposed period love drama which has a vintage touch.
