Grand Ramayana Ignoring Telugu States Audience?
Bollywood filmmaker, Dangal fame Nitish Tiwari’s Ramayana is being made on a grand scale.

Already due to the presence of Hollywood legend like Hans Zimmer as a composer, the film got a huge craze. However, if we look at the casting of the movie, surely hardcore Telugu audiences are likely to get disappointed.
The film has Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita, Yash as Lord Ravana, and Vijay Sethupati as Vibhishana. But to cater to the Telugu audience in this set, the makers cast Kajal Aggarwal and Prakash Raj in some roles. The point is, why are they ignoring pure Telugu actors for the movie? The film has casting from the South, but mostly from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, and none from the Telugu states.
From Ravana's role to Vibhishana's role, any Telugu actor would have gotten the film a big market in the South, that too from Telugu states, where the collections of films will be much higher than Kerala or Tamil Nadu. Despite the fact that Telugu actors are enjoying pure pan-India fame at the moment, many are wondering why Ramayana makers made this gross error in terms of judgment when it comes to casting.
