Ever since the trailer of Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming film “Ramayana”, which goes on with the name of the producer as “Namit Malhotra’s Ramayana”, directed by Dangal filmmaker Nitish Tiwari, there have been both praises and brickbats. However, a section of social media could be seen indulging in attacking Adipurush, especially some folks from the Telugu media, who have targeted Prabhas big time.

Other day, some noted people who have attended the Ramayana teaser launch event in Mumbai hailed it, that’s fine, but they are bringing down Adipurush and taking a dig at Prabhas now. Well, that’s not a good thing to do. Because Prabhas has attempted to do something that many younger heroes refuse to do, and then the film’s visual effects might have gone south, but the attempt is more serious. Now that the makers of Ramayana, who own visual effects studios, have upped the game and scale by pumping lots of budget, surely this Ramayana looks good. But that doesn’t mean we will take a dig at Adipurush.

If we speak technically, Adipurush is rumoured to be made with around ₹700 crores budget, but Ramayana makers are investing nearly ₹4000 crores on the film. That obviously results in 6x better quality, right? So, blindly lets not blame Prabhas or Adipurush or director Om Raut, saying that they have carved out an inferior film or come up with content that disappointed everyone. Adipurush has its own flaws, but then, let’s wait for Ramayana to release before dragging out Adipurush in the public.
