Stellar Star Cast Assembling For 'Ramayana'!

There has been a lot of talk going on about 'Ramayana'. Allu Aravind came forward to produce this magnum opus project in association with a few other big banners. 'Dangal' and 'Chichchore' fame Nitesh Tiwari will be directing this project. Though it has been in discussion for quite some time, it is picking up pace and sources say that it may go on floors soon. There are massive expectations on this movie and the reports about the casting is making everyone go crazy.

As we know, Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor is expected to play the role of lord Ram while many suggest that Sai Pallavi will be seen as Sita. Many claim that Kannada star hero Yash will essay the role of Ravana in this movie. Bobby Deol may play the role of Kumbakarna while popular actress Lara Dutta will become Kaikeyi. Macho action hero Sunny Deol is expected to play the role of lord Bajrang Bali Hanuman while versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi is rumored to play the character of Vibhishan.

The shooting of this movie may begin in March 2024 and the team is expecting to release this project during the Diwali festive season 2025. Grapevine suggests that charming hero Naveen Polishetty is being considered to play the role of Lakshman in the movie. Director Nitesh Tiwari and Naveen have a good relationship as they worked together for 'Chichchore' earlier. It will be a huge boost for Naveen's career in Bollywood if things work out.
