There is no debating the fact that Maya Bazaar is still widely regarded as one of the greatest Telugu films ever to be made, and it is celebrated even to this day. This is one of the legacy films in Telugu Cinema place and has a lot of history associated with it.

In this context, it is now being established that the Maya Bazaar kind of vegetables are going to be recreated this time with a new film. The new film and discussion here is other than Kaantha which has Malayalam superstar, Dulquer Salman, and talented young actress Bhagyashree in the lead roles.

The film has produced by Rana Daggubati and he revealed a very interesting bit of information on the same as he spoke about the technical brilliance of this film.

Rana revealed that this film will feature the visuals that are associated with the legendary Maya Bazaar. “ We have to create a very specific timeline for this film, which date is back to 1930s and 1940s. So we had to use the Mitchell camera that was used to do short films like Maya Bazaar and Pathaala Bhairavi. It was a tough, but unique experience.”

It appears that the visual aesthetics of Maya Bazaar are going to be recreated with this film as Rana even revealed that certain shorts of this episode was even shown in the trailer.

Rana further revealed that antique cards and set pieces were used for the filming of this Dulquer Salmaan film, as he said the unit went all out with regard to the production.

It is evident that this film is going to be a visual experience in itself, and the makers are confident about the same. Dulquer Salmaan has revealed that Rana has literally watched the film hundreds of times as he made it habit to watch it at least twice a day.
