Legal Shock To Daggubati Family: What Did Court Say?

Daggubati family had been one of the most influential groups in the Telugu states for many decades now. However, they have been caught in a legal mess now, as the situation has turned completely against them at the Telangana High Court.

This is regarding a trespassing case that was registered against the family members earlier over a land dispute in Hyderabad.

The Telangana High Court issued a crucial piece of verdict on this matter, and this is not going to be a positive update for the members of the Daggubati family.

The Telangana High Court refused to quash a theft, house trespass case against actor Rana Daggubati, his father film producer Suresh Babu, brother Abiram, actor and veteran Venkatesh.

This is regarding a businessman's complaint alleging that petitioners facilitated demolition of construction raised by him on leased property and trespassed on it.

The legal proceedings have been initiated on this topic, and now that the Telangana High Court has refused to quash the same, the family will have to bear the burden that comes with it.
