Rashmika’s First Movie Release After Marrying Vijay Deverakonda

Cocktail 2 is directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Maddock Films. The film features Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in important roles along with Rashmika Mandanna. The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on June 19, 2026. The team completed the shooting earlier this year, and the makers are now preparing for promotions.

Rashmika recently shared posters of the film on her Instagram page. While sharing them, she also revealed that the first look of the movie will be released on March 18 in theatres. Her post quickly caught the attention of fans, and many people expressed excitement in the comments section.

After the wedding, Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda also hosted a grand reception in Hyderabad for their friends and colleagues from the film industry. Several members of the Cocktail 2 team attended the event. Actress Kriti Sanon, director Homi Adajania, and producer Dinesh Vijan, along with his wife Pramita Tanwar, were among the guests who joined the celebration.

Meanwhile, Cocktail 2 also marks another collaboration between Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon after their earlier film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Director Homi Adajania had earlier made the film Cocktail in 2012, which starred Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty.
