Actress Rashmika Mandanna has finally spoken about the leg injury she suffered while shooting for her upcoming film Mysaa. After staying silent for a few days, the actress shared an emotional health update with her fans through Instagram. She also explained how the injury happened and why she now needs complete rest.

According to Rashmika, doctors have advised her to take six weeks of complete bed rest. She is currently following their instructions and focusing only on her recovery. The actress admitted that staying away from work is not easy for her, but she knows that proper rest is necessary for a full recovery.

In her Instagram post, Rashmika said that getting injured is one of the most frustrating experiences for her. She revealed that she did not want to make the injury public at first, but the news eventually reached everyone. She also shared that this is the third time she has suffered a similar injury.

Explaining her condition, Rashmika said there are four tendons on each side that connect the hip to the leg. One of the tendons in her right hip was torn during the accident. She said the tendon must heal completely before she can lift her leg normally again. Because of this, doctors have asked her to avoid physical activity until she recovers.

The actress revealed that the injury happened while filming a dance sequence for Mysaa. She described the movie as the most physically challenging project she has worked on so far. Despite the pain, Rashmika remained positive and said she believes the injury may have happened because life wanted her to slow down and take some much-needed rest.

Rashmika is currently working on Ranabaali, Mysaa, and two other big-budget films. She is also associated with nearly 30 popular brands as their ambassador. Due to her injury, the shooting schedules of her films and several advertisement campaigns have been delayed until she becomes fit again.

Fans from across the country have been sending heartfelt messages and wishing Rashmika a speedy recovery. Many are hoping to see her back on the sets soon. For now, the actress is taking time to heal, with the support of her family, friends, and millions of fans.
