National crush Rashmika Mandanna has carefully built one of the cleanest and most lovable public images, while she’s known for sizzling appearances on the silver screen. Many felt that she took the Anushka Shetty way, who was known for killer spiceness on the screen, but maintains a clean image off the screen. Even Rashmika earned similar praise, and she’s always controversy-free, until this F-Bomb struck her.

In fact, her latest comment at the Cocktail 2 promotional event has grabbed the headlines now. At the Mumbai event, Rashmika was showering praise on her co-star, Bollywood diva Kriti Sanon, while speaking excitedly about her glamour and screen presence. In that flow, she ended up saying, “You are f*cking hot,” before instantly realizing what she did. The actress immediately covered her mouth, laughed in embarrassment, and asked organizers to censor the line. While the crowd inside the venue and people on the stage including Shahid Kapoor and Kriti, burst into laughter, the clip quickly went viral across social media platforms.

The reactions are, however, quite mixed for this, with many blasting the actress for crossing the line. Many indicated that she should be indulging in dignified behaviour in public. Especially at a time when she enjoys massive family audience acceptance across both South and Hindi markets, they say that using such language only misleads the fans. But at the same time, another section feels the outrage is pretty exaggerated.

Because truth be told, the words like “f*cking” have increasingly become part of casual urban vocabulary, especially among younger crowds and the Indian diaspora globally. In many conversations today, the word is no longer always used aggressively or vulgarly. Quite often, it indicates excitement or admiration. And Rashmika just showed her love towards Kriti, but nothing else.
