Rashmika Sarcastically Replies To Rumours On Her Remuneration!

Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna is riding high on the success of 'Animal'. Irrespective of the backlash, the movie earned more than 900 crores at the box office and it is getting a tremendous reception on Netflix as well. Rashmika's performance in the movie got a lot of appreciation and many said that they were surprised to see such a compelling performance from her.

The 'Pushpa' actress is quite active on social media and made a sarcastic tweet on rumours regarding her upping the remuneration after 'Animal' success. An online portal wrote, "Buzz. #RashmikaMandanna Increased her Remuneration again after #Animal success. From inside reports, currently, she's charging around 4Cr - 4.5cr per film."

To this, Rashmika replied, "Says who I wonder..after seeing all of this I think I should actually consider it..and if my producers ask why..then I'll just say 'media out there is saying this sir.. and I think I should live up to their words..what do I do?'"

As we know, Rashmika got a lot of plaudits for her acting but her role named 'Githanjali' was subjected to a bit of criticism. Responding to it, Rashmika stated, "My character in the film was written that way. I am an actor bringing the director's imagination alive. So, everything that we actors do on set or everything we do in the film is actually what the director's imagination is, right? So, you do as they say. If it's any little expression or reaction that the director doesn't like, he does another take. It's teamwork. I will do that character many times over and it should be given to me because I feel like she is truly strong and she is truly a woman that I have heard stories of. I know a lot of Indian women who are like that."
