Rashmi Says That She Did Not Reject 'Guntur Karam'!

There are only a few small screen artists who get as much craze as the film stars and Rashmi Gautham is definitely one of them. She bagged a lot of craze with her glamorous act in 'Jabardasth' show and other shows under Mallemala Productions. She often makes appearances in movies too and was last seen in 'Bholaa Shankar'. She never minces words when it comes to voicing her opinions on various issues.

Recently, there was a rumor surfaced on the internet claiming that she was the first choice for the minor part actress Poorna played in 'Guntur Karam'. As we know, the 'Avunu' actress made an appearance in 'Kurchini Madathapetti' song and had a decent screen time in the video despite Mahesh and Sreeleela's presence. She grabbed the attention of many with her graceful dance moves too.

However, Rashmi claims that the news is absolutely false. She wrote, “This news is absolutely baseless. I was not approached so no scope for rejection. Also poorna garu did an absolute fab job no one else could have done it better. Fake news like these might bring unwanted negativity towards me kindly do not encourage such news.”

Rashmi played lead roles in movies like 'Anthaku Minchi' and 'Guntur Talkies'. She did play a part in the Telugu version of 'Hostel Boys' too. She is currently hosting 'Extra Jabardasth' and few other shows.
