Dhurandhar Composer To Join Hands With Ram Charan?

Mega star Ram Charan is currently busy taking part in the shooting of his upcoming film “Peddi”, which is being directed by Buchi Babu Sana and has Oscar-winning legend AR Rahman composing the music. While the news of this film getting postponed to June 2026 is getting viral at the moment, another piece of buzz that’s doing the rounds is about the next project of Charan, #RC17, to be directed by his Rangasthalam maker Sukumar.

Apparently, there was buzz earlier that after hearing the album of “Peddi”, both Sukumar and Megastar Chiranjeevi want to rope in AR Rahman for their upcoming projects. While Chiranjeevi’s film is yet to be announced, due to script issues, it’s being heard that Sukumar wrapped the script work of #RC17 and is currently locking the technicians for the movie. Rather than going to Devi Sri Prasad, after delivering such thumping blockbuster music for the two parts of “Pushpa”, Sukumar is now picking another talented composer.

Leaving the talk of AR Rahman aside, Sukumar is now said to be in talks with “Dhurandhar” music director Shaswat Sachdev. Ever since the films, Dhurandhar 1 and Dhurandhar: The Revenge were released, all the songs from these two albums, nearly 10 songs, are trending in the Top 10 Indian Songs, Top 10 Hindi Songs list across platforms like Spotify, Amazon Music and others. Keeping all of this in mind, Sukumar is said to be holding discussions with Shaswath, while producer Mythri Movie Makers wants to go to any extent to get the composer on board.
