'Salaar 1' In December! What About 'Salaar 2'?

With Prabhas scoring a hattrick of flops, his fans have pinned all their hopes on 'Salaar'. As Prasanth Neel is the director, they are anticipating a full-length mass action flick that elevates heroism to another level. Produced under the Homebale Films banner, the budget of the film is very high and the makers have decided to release it in two parts.

As we are aware, the 'Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire' is releasing on 22nd December. It was supposed to be released on 28th September but got postponed to the Christmas weekend. Knowing this, Prabhas' fans are curious to know how long will the second part take to get released in theatres. There is four years gap between the first and second chapters of Prasanth Neel's 'KGF'. But sources say that it may not be the case for 'Salaar'.

Apparently, the second part is expected to arrive in April 2024 in order to cash in on the summer holidays. The team of 'Salaar' has already shot the majority portions of the second half as well. Insiders reveal that the second part's release date will be made official at the end of 'Salaar: Part 1 Ceasefire'. We need to wait and see if it happens or not. As we know, Prabhas' action flick has to compete with Shah Rukh Khan and Rajkumar Hirani's 'Dunki' which is releasing on the same date. While both films are very different, it will be interesting to see who wins the battle.

Malayalam star hero Pruthvi Raj Sukumaran is playing a solid role in this movie while Jagapathi Babu is playing a key role. Shruti Hassan is the female lead while Ravi Basrur is giving the music. Vijay Kirangadur is the producer while Anbariv have choreographed the fights. Bhuvan Gowda, Chalapathi, Ujwal Kulkarni, Ramarao and others have worked on this movie.
