I Feel Lucky To Play This Character: Renu Desai

With the release date approaching quick and fast, the team of 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' has upped the promotions. The hero, director, heroine, producer and everyone are giving interviews and attending television shows. As we know, Renu Desai played a key role in the movie and the 'Badri' actress is making a comeback into films after a long time. During an interview, she shared her experiences of working on the movie.

She plays the role of social reformer and writer Hemalatha Lavanam in the movie and Desai stated that she met her nephew in Vijayawada in order to know her more. Also, she did her homework when it comes to portraying a real-life person's body language and claims that she is satisfied with her role. She even stated that portraying Hemalatha Lavanam's role changed her a lot in a positive way.

When asked about being a heroine, a designer and a character artist now, Renu Desai said that she is a stylist and not a designer. Apparently, she is an Arts student which is why she had a good sense of color and their matchings. Looking at this, Pawan Kalyan asked her to do the styling for 'Khushi' back in those days.

She said that a speech has been prepared to talk about Ravi Teja and she will give it during the pre-release event. Adding to it, she said that it was a great experience to work with him. Talking about her long break, she stated that acting has always been on the cards but the right story, character, director and producer did not come her way till date. She says that all of that came together for 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' and revealed that her daughter liked her playing a mature role in the movie.

She also stated that producer Abhishek Agarwal treated her with a lot of respect and they became close like family members now. She ended by claiming that she would continue acting if she got roles that suited her age.
