Renu Desai Fails To Impress With 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'!

Actress and filmmaker Renu Desai who did not act in movies for nearly two decades has made a comeback with 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'. Starring Ravi Teja in the title role, the movie generated a decent talk and it is successfully running in theatres. She got active in movies ever since she turned into a director for a Marathi film.

Interestingly, Renu Desai is supposed to make her re-entry with Mahesh Babu's 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' but it did not happen. But she acted in 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' and the makers hyped her character a lot before the movie's release. Even Renu Desai gave interviews and promoted the movie a lot. But people who watched the movie are claiming that she failed to make any kind of impact on the proceedings.

Her character, Hemalatha, got very little screen time and did not influence the movie a lot. It looks like the actress herself is surprised at how the makers made her character out to be. 'Tiger Nageswara Rao' might have been a big boost to Renu Desai's second innings as an actor but did not happen. We need to see if she becomes an actress once again in Tollywood or not.

Srikanth Vissa penned the dialogues while GV Prakash Kumar composed the music. Madhie is the DOP while Avinash Kolla is the production designer. Abhishek Agarwal is the producer while Vamsee is the director of this pan-Indian film.
