What's Up Tamil Audience? Loving Tollywood Rejected Films!

Generally, the Tamil orient are known for their richest in cinema, and this is perhaps one of the principal regions by the majority of Tamil films, come with quality, content and strong ideas. But that is not even remotely the case now as we are witnessing a flurry of new films.

If we look at the latest box office performance of certain new films, including Retro and Good Bad Ugly, things are looking ominous.

These films have been offering very mediocre and below par content, but still somehow they are finding their voice at the Tamil box office. It must be primarily noted that these films have turned out to be mega disasters at the Tollywood box office, but they are somehow finding their audience in the Tamil audience.

It must be noted that these films are not even remotely addressed or even appreciated by the Telugu audience for their lack of appealing content. Subsequently, they were termed as epic disasters in terms of Telugu theatrical returns, which is rightly the case as well.

However, both these films have their among Tamil audience and have generated substantial revenues in the Tamil market. This is a strange and peculiar sign that needs to be addressed on priority.

Telugu audience have been very cut throat with their choice of films in the recent past, but on the other hand, we have Tamil audience who have been very unpredictable and unconventional with their choices.
