Prabhas’ White Saree Gift To His Heroine Becomes Talking Point

Pan-India star Prabhas is currently busy with promotions for his upcoming film The Raja Saab which is scheduled for a grand Sankranti release next year. As the release date is getting closer, the makers recently held a pre-release event in Hyderabad and it turned out to be a memorable evening for fans and the film team.

Directed by Maruthi, The Raja Saab is a comedy horror thriller. For the first time in his career, Prabhas is sharing screen space with three heroines Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar. The presence of all three actresses on one stage created a lot of excitement among fans.

During the event, Riddhi Kumar made a statement that instantly caught everyone’s attention. Speaking on stage, she openly thanked Prabhas for a special gift he gave her years ago. She said, "Prabhas, thank you so much for the gift you gave me. You gave me this saree three years ago. I kept it safely all these years just to wear it tonight for this event."

Her words surprised many, especially when she revealed that the white saree she wore on stage was gifted by Prabhas himself. What added more buzz was the way she addressed him. Instead of calling him “sir,” she simply called him Prabhas which led to many reactions on social media.

This is the second time Riddhi Kumar is working with Prabhas. Earlier, she appeared in a small role in Radhe Shyam. With The Raja Saab, she gets another opportunity to share screen space with the star, and her comments at the event made headlines.
